Sh146 Million Is The Amount Davido Will Be Paid To Perform In Nairobi

Davido is not just any ordinary artiste. He has always proven that he is all about the money and that he does not come cheap. The Kenyan promoters  also seem to be aware of this and are therefore  are willing to part with a humongous amount  of cash, just to get Davido to sign on as the leading performer.
Well this is the second time the Aye hit maker will be performing in the country. He will be hosted by SkyHitz Global promoters, who have apprently paid Sh 7.3 million ($80 000) for his upcoming show in Nairobi. Speaking to Heads Up SkyHitz Director,  Shaffie Lasie, revealed the reason as to why they were willing to pay him that amount of cash. He said,
He is Africa’s only BET, Channel O and MTV award winner. In fact, we got a discount because we have worked with him in Malasya in the past.

Popular Female Musician Whose Nude Photos Were Leaked To The Public Has Been Arrested

Ugandan sassy singer Desire Luzinda has been arrested by Ugandan police  for failure to pay a debt of UGX27million she borrowed from a University lecturer.
According to Ugandan police, the lecturer from Cavendish University complained to them that they entered into business of staging shows with the singer, but when he paid UGX24 million to stage a show at Serena Hotel, the musician disappeared.
The Ekitone  singer was arrested sometimes back last year  after she failed to pay a UGX20 million debt but she was later rescued by a popular Ugandan tycoon who paid UGX14 million to get her released.
Luzinda was arrested at the Airport on arrival from Nairobi.

Popular Bongo Artist Pleads Guilty to Trafficking of Heroin

29 years old Tanzanian Hip Hop artist, Chid Benz on Wednesday admitted three charges against him in Kisutu Resident Magistrate Court in Dar es Salaam for being in possession of illegal drugs. Chidi Benz acknowledged that on the 24 of October 2014 at the International Airport of Mwalimu Julius
Nyerere, he was arrested with Heroin hydrochloride 85 worth Sh38, 638, 1.72 grams of marijuana worth Tshs1720 and devices used to smoke or smell these drugs.

After admitting all three charges, the judge is set to make a ruling tomorrow February 23, 2015. Chidi Benz had initially denied all the charges.
